Peak Active was born out of my passion for health, fitness, and my personal experience in elite running and triathlon. Like all athletes, I've faced multiple injuries. During a recent break, I immersed myself in research on performance and recovery techniques, which inspired me to create a business focused on injury prevention and optimal performance.
